Our team has been quietly (and excitedly) working behind the scenes to bring AI into your workflows and it’s finally here!
We’re introducing the Periskope AI Agent, designed to help you respond to incoming queries automatically, reduce response time, and take load off your team.
It’s a smart assistant that replies to incoming tickets or chats on your behalf using past responses and custom training you provide. Think of it as your first line of support—efficient, consistent, and always online.
Getting started takes just a few clicks:
Go to Settings > AI Settings, and toggle Enable AI Responder.
Then head to any chat where you want help, and enable AI Responder for that conversation.
That’s it, your AI Agent is ready to assist.
For accurate, brand-aligned responses, you’ll want to train your AI:
Go to Settings > AI Knowledge Base
Choose how you want to train it:
FAQs – Great for structured Q&A-type responses
Documents – Ideal for uploading policies, guides, or any long-form info the AI should learn from
You can keep updating the knowledge base over time to improve the AI’s accuracy and handling of different types of queries.
Automatically respond to common questions
Save time for your agents
