Now, you can have internal team discussions right inside a chat, without switching apps or losing track of important notes.

✨ How It Works:

1. Open any chat or group.

2. Spot the Private Note option in the message box.

3. Click it, and—boom!—the message box turns yellow.

4. Messages here are only visible to your team (not the customer), and you can tag teammates for quick collaboration.

No more juggling between apps! Private notes stay yellow, so you’ll never mix them up with real chats.
