New Mobile Features + Platform Updates

We've added a few of the most requested features to the Periskope mobile app, along with new API capabilities and platform improvements. 

✅ Schedule messages for later

You can now schedule messages to be sent at a specific date and time directly from the mobile app.

✅ Send contact cards and polls

The mobile app now supports contact cards and poll messages, making it easier to share information and collect feedback directly from your conversations.

✅ Use AI Dictate on mobile

AI Dictate lets you compose messages using your voice. Simply speak and AI will convert your speech into a message, making it faster to reply on the go.

✅ Manage tasks using APIs

You can now create, update, and assign tasks on Periskope using APIs, making it easier to connect task workflows with your existing systems and automations.

✅ Set messages to unpin automatically

You can now define an expiry time for pinned messages using the Pin Message API. Messages will automatically unpin once the specified time is reached.

🔧 A few important fixes and improvements

• Added support for sorting chats by interactive fields through the List All Chats API.

• Added a new group setting that requires admin approval for certain actions.

• Fixed an issue where the Custom Date option was not opening in the ticket creation modal.

• Addressed several minor bugs and UI inconsistencies across the platform.
