Hi Everyone, We know how much you love the AI flagging feature, and we’re excited to bring you a major update—Customisable Prompts for AI Flagging! 🎉 Previously, the AI flagging was limited to flagging any query or question raised by an external contact. Now, you can edit and customise the prompts to help the AI identify more relevant messages and flag them accordingly. To edit the prompt, head to Settings &gt; Config &gt; AI section, and click on the "Edit AI Flagging Prompt" option. You’ll see the default prompt, and you can add your custom keywords or phrases on top of it, tailoring the flagging to your business needs. For example: <ul><li>Do not flag messages that contain casual questions like "How are you?" or "What are you doing?"</li><li>Flag messages containing words like "ASAP," "urgent," or "important."</li></ul> This customisation will make flagging more relevant to your business and ensure that urgent or important messages are flagged with precision.
