1️⃣ Unflag Messages from the Right Panel: No need to navigate to each flagged message individually! Now, you can see all flagged messages in the right-hand panel and unflag them directly—saving you time and effort. 🎯

2️⃣ Ticket Sharing Across Platforms: Whether it’s via email, WhatsApp, slack or text, you can now share tickets directly from Periskope’s right-hand panel. Simply select the ticket, choose the “Share Ticket” option from the right-hand panel, and send it across platforms seamlessly. 📤

We hope these updates save you time and streamline your workflow, making unflagging and ticket sharing faster and more efficient!
