We’ve been listening to our amazing customers, and we’re excited to roll out two much-requested updates:

1️⃣ Set Specific Ticket Deadlines: You can now set not just due dates but also exact times for your tickets. Simply right-click on the message, press "Create Ticket," and choose your desired due date and time. ⏰

2️⃣ Filter Unassigned Tickets: Easily filter unassigned tickets and assign them to your team to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. In the Tickets tab, navigate to the filters, go to "Assignee," and you'll see the option to filter by unassigned tickets. 🛠️

These updates will help you enforce clear deadlines, assign tickets to the right people, and ensure everything is addressed promptly.
