We’ve rolled out a highly requested update that we’re excited to share! Now you can:
1️⃣ Custom Property Entry During Ticket Creation
Custom properties are no longer limited to chats and groups—you can now create them for tickets as well, helping you keep all your data in one place.
Simply navigate Setting and "Custom Properties" section under "Tickets" to add your custom properties. When creating a new ticket, you’ll be able to fill in the property values, ensuring all your data stays organised and accessible.
2️⃣ Rearrange Custom Properties
Want to change the order of your custom properties? Now you can! Go to settings, navigate to "Custom Properties," click "Reorder Properties," and easily rearrange them to fit your needs.
Additionally, you can filter chats and tickets by the custom properties you create, making it even easier to find and organise your data.
