WhatsApp Usernames are Now Supported

This week's updates bring support for WhatsApp usernames, along with improvements to Knowledge Base APIs and AI Agent context.

👤 WhatsApp username support

Periskope now supports WhatsApp usernames, including username-only contacts where no phone number is visible. These are handled correctly across messaging, contact sync, and chats.

⚙️ Knowledge Base API updates

The Knowledge Base create and update APIs now support an is_active field, letting you control whether a knowledge base is active for the AI to consume.

🧠 Custom properties in AI context

Custom properties are now passed into the AI Agent's context, allowing it to understand and act on that information.
